By using GoClaw, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
The Service
GoClaw provides a platform for building and deploying personal AI assistants (OpenClaw Bots) that connect to messaging platforms. The service is provided 'as is' and we continuously improve it.
Accounts & Billing
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Subscription fees are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use GoClaw for spam, harassment, illegal activities, or any purpose that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Autonomous System & User Responsibility
OpenClaw Bot is an autonomous system that uses artificial intelligence and third-party integrations to execute tasks on your behalf. Because the system acts autonomously, the responsibility for the use of its functions lies entirely with each user. You are responsible for the messages sent, tasks executed, and any actions performed by your OpenClaw Bot. GoClaw does not share your information with third parties, but you are solely responsible for the actions you configure and authorize your OpenClaw Bot to perform.
Third-Party Services & Integrations
GoClaw integrates with external platforms such as WhatsApp and Telegram. These services are owned and operated by their respective providers (Meta Platforms, Inc. and Telegram FZ-LLC) and are subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. The proper use of these integrations is the user's responsibility. GoClaw is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp, Telegram, Meta, or any other external service provider. Similarly, GoClaw is not affiliated with MallBots or any other external AI assistant brand. Any references to these platforms are solely for the purpose of describing integration capabilities.
Limitation of Liability
GoClaw is not responsible for actions taken by your OpenClaw Bot on your behalf. You are responsible for the messages sent and tasks executed through your assistant. GoClaw is not liable for any consequences arising from the autonomous actions of your OpenClaw Bot, including but not limited to messages sent, data processed, or tasks executed through third-party integrations.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
